Design & 3D Render of a 6 BHK Villa

Our team worked on this 6BK S+2 Villa project. The ground floor was entirely stilt parking space with an 8-person lift and a 4′ wide c-type staircase block in the front section. There is a provision for servant quarters on the ground floor.

Front Elevation

The first floor has a large Living Room cum Dining area with an open Kitchen. The Living room has a large double height floor with 21′ slab top height. There is an open deck accessible from the Living Room. We can also access common toilet and handwash area near the Dining section.

Project: Design of a G+1 Manufacturing unit

Our team had designed a factory building in late 2021. The project had two production areas on the ground floor separated by a covered 25′ common area. There was a pantry/canteen where workers can eat their lunch and afternoon tea. The facility also included administration and office space of the company

Front Elevation

The front section has a security booth and parking space. Three sides of the factory building have wide open spaces to allow easy movement of vehicles and people. There is also a loading platform at the south side beside Production 2 Facility.

Staircase Detailing of a C-type RCC Staircase

The advantage of using a C-type staircase is that it can fit in a squarish area. We can also install an elevator the central area of the staircase if necessary. This practice is generally frowned upon, as fire safety regulations advice to keep staircase and lift locations separately, but sometimes we have to use this layout in case of space constraints.

Project: Small Residential Apartment building of 4 floors

Our team had been asked to plan and design a small residential building of  Ground + 3 floors. The requirements were to plan atleast 4 medium size apartments per floor. The plot area available was 7565 square feet. It was not rectangular, and so apartments would be of differing builtup areas. Our main target were buyers looking for a medium size 2BHK apartment. There was an additional requirement for a separate Drawing Hall for guests wherever possible.

A lot of options were proposed. Our goal was to maximize usable area for the residents. Front open margin was fixed at 12′. Side margins were fixed at 6′ 6″ on both sides. One plan was finalized after a few meetings with the developers.
