Our team worked on this 6BK S+2 Villa project. The ground floor was entirely stilt parking space with an 8-person lift and a 4′ wide c-type staircase block in the front section. There is a provision for servant quarters on the ground floor.
The first floor has a large Living Room cum Dining area with an open Kitchen. The Living room has a large double height floor with 21′ slab top height. There is an open deck accessible from the Living Room. We can also access common toilet and handwash area near the Dining section.
There is a separate Drawing Room for the guests near the entrance with its own separate entry door.
The Kitchen has a washing place balcony which will include washing machine and drying area. We have a store room placed beside the Kitchen for easy access. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, all with attached bathrooms. The drawing room also has its own attached bathroom, and can be converted into a guest bedroom.
The second floor also has 3 bedrooms with attached bathroom. This floor has a large open terrace, which can be converted into a terrace garden. It also includes a large Home Theatre room which can comfortable seat 6 to 8 people. One of the bedrooms on each floor has a covered balcony.
The final floor is the Terrace floor which has the staircase cap and lift room.
